    Default Man's Day

You chicks got enough holidays, this one's for US. It's the day to eat guy stuff, drink beer, burp, watch grown men run into each other repeatedly and pay women to take off their clothes. It is our GOD GIVEN RIGHT.

    so there.

To all non-americans: Yes, we call it football. Yes, it's bizarre that we call it football. No, they hardly ever even touch the ball with their feet. But who cares, it's an excuse to get slobbering drunk and eat copious amounts of pizza and hot wings. All is right with the world.

Hope all those women being paid to dance in the b-day suit make lots of money.

Everyone crack a brew for me, believe me i'll do the same for you. Gotta love man's day.

    *Burp*

Oh, and i'm picking up a puppy today (that one came out of the blue, didn't it?).

How about Valentine's Day? And friggin' anniversaries? Men do not give a rat's ass about them, but in order to maintain relative relationship harmony, we partake in the idiocy and hype around those days.

As for the Pats winning, they didn't make the spread, so I didn't win as much money as I'd hoped, but still came out well ahead.

Idealism is fine, but as it approaches reality, the costs become prohibitive.

    Yay for my pats!

I didn't really care either way but I was excited to go to the game! I got into the spirit by buying a 15 dollar pats t-shirt that I will most likely never use again....(Only to clean the dirt off of my car).

I still don't know what a touch down, or half time is......Or that thing when someone kicks a ball into the hoopy.

But I won tons of money, and a free male maid (I get to use and abuse my best friend for three weeks).....Life is groovy.

Heh.. Yeah, CO.. I didn't bet on them winning, because well that's a given. They're our freaking Patriots, of course they were going to win. But, Hubby and I bet on the score. I said 35 (Pats) 14 (Eagles), he had 28 (Pats) 14 (Eagles). Of course, he lost me in the whole "point-spread" thing. I know nothing of it. So, in reality he could've really lost, but I would have no clue.. LOL

Ah well, it was a hell of a game. The Eagles put up one hell of a fight, and a 3 point difference is nothing to scoff at. Both teams kicked ass. But, my Pats still came out on top. Yay!

I wasn't impressed with any commercials this year. They didn't have anything funny really, except for the car commercial (the guy frozen in the convertible in the snow), and the Burt Reynolds "Send your package" one. We didn't watch Halftime either, mainly because Paul McCartney wasn't going to pull a wardrobe malfunction. That, and it was getting late and nearing Delia's bathtime, so we used Halftime to drive home from the In-Laws. Commercials were way better last year. Bring back the flaming fart clydesdales dammit!

Madcap count a woman in there with ya! Did not care for either team, (of course always a 49'ers fan) But had to watch T.O. play. I always watch the Super Bowl, well as much as i can as i was at the hospital working most of it. Both strong teams this year! My man was on the field (Terrell Owens) and it was all good.

    Soccer is football.
Football is carryball or passball or hideball.
    Basketball is correctly named.
Baseball alternately can be called batball.
    Rugby is called hitball.
Hockey can be called a riot.
Golf is not called at all.
Watching any of these from the couch is called burpball.
I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.

Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.

NOTE: anything I post here, outside of a direct quote, is my opinion only, which I am entitled to. Take it for what you estimate it is worth.
