    Default Switch clubs or deal?

This is my second weekend dancing ever & I have to say, so far, when it's good It's AWESOME, but when it's bad...well...

THey have me working the crappy shifts b/c i'm new, which i don't mind, but some of the dancers that come in and work at other clubs talk about how they always hate coming to my place & how their clubs are so much better.

I didn't even notice at first but, almost none of my custys want dances, they just come to sit around and tip (if you're lucky!) Some guys even IGNORE me when I walk by after my stage set for tips like we're supposed to! I feel like "you can't even spare a DOLLAR?!" The staff is great and some of the custys are good too, but some really suck ass. I left early tonight, even though I could have stayed another shift b/c i just couldn't walk around the bar & be completely ignored by half the room anymore. I understand when guys turn down lap dances, but to not even tip?

Should I switch clubs, or just deal with it and learn to play those guys? Any tips?

You should definitely look into other clubs if this is the only place you’ve worked in.. keep your options open.

Pretty much any club you go to has good and bad days though. If your club is good on other shift then be nice to the manager and ask him to pretty please give you a couple of good shifts a week, you never know.

I'm glad you aren't taking it personally. You know that some guys just want a free peep show.

Are other dancers selling dances, or are dances few and far between for everyone?

few & far between, i'm pretty sure. The guys'll buy you as many drinks as you'll take (sometimes enough to pay for several dances) but are reluctant to send the money directly to you...

Some clubs are only good on certain nights and some clubs just attract a bunch of seat hoggers that don't tip. Look into other clubs..but don't talk let other girls know too much...otherwise they might tell managment that you're thinking about moving on. Which really shouldn't matter..but you don't want to burn your bridges at your club. Good luck!

I would look for other clubs that have high volume, and that have momentum. What I mean by momentum is clubs where the DJ keeps the crowd pumped up, announces the dances and pushes tipping constantly, where the dancers DON'T outnumber the customers, and where dances are being sold throughout the club during each song. This means that the guys are"conditioned" to buying dances.

Where you are now is a losing proposition.
