Is it normal to work at more than one club at a time? Is it a good idea? Alot of girls that work at my club work at other places too (some are owned by the same company, but some aren't)

It depends on a lot of factors. Some clubs don't let you work anywhere else, others don't care. Some girls switch because at one club the money's great but it's stressful, and go to another where the money's not as good but it's easier. Lots of factors.
I've done it, but it's never lasted more that a couple weeks because it's been too stressful adjusting and re-adjusting from one club to the other. For a while I'd travel from Baltimore to New Orleans or Vegas and live off the money I'd make there and when I worked at Hustler I'd still travel once in a while primarily because schizo management was driving me psycho.

Ive done that and I was in the process of switching clubs and seeing what I liked better. It lasted for about 2-3 weeks and the huge schedule was killing me. After that I travelled to Reno on the weekends for extra cash and just do 1 or 2 shifts there to help out my income. But, I dont think anyone should have to work more than 4 days a week doing this. For the reasons that you might be vert tired and experience burnout much faster.

Ive switched back and forth a few times, and the club owners didnt like it one bit. I would kinda see where the mgt stands on this one, because they say whether you can work there or not.
I did it while I was going to school in NY and commuting out of state to work. If you can find a club that does mind, it can be worth it. My old club was okay with me working one night a week and new club, for awhile, was okay with 2 shifts a week. But, new club started needing three shifts a week and midterms were killing me, so I went back to old club for 3-4 nights a week. Sucked.

Has anyone danced at another club in the same town. One that was not too far at all from your current club? Ask managment? I would think that you'd get the boot for even approaching them with a question about wanting to dance at other clubs? Have some of you REALLY asked? And how did you ask and managment respond?
I currently work at two different clubs. My original club is a neighborhood kinda dive bar and only open on the night shift. I've worked there forever. I now only work there on Saturday nights. I have several good customers there I'm not willing to give up! They know that I work day shift at a high end club on the other side of town. I work at the high end club two or three shifts a week. I like working two different clubs. Especially since they are so different in clientel. I don't think management would be as cool with it if they were the same kind of club or very close together. But since they rarely (if ever!) have the same customers go to both, they don't care. I didn't ask in advance but I've been involved in the business here for 14 years so I know alot of people and just hoped everyone would be cool with it. I'm never secretive about it either. My management will ask me how it's been at the other club and I tell them honestly how it's been and if I've been working. So far, no problems at all. (I've been doing both for about 4 months now.)
