I danced my very first day yesterday and did great...(about $260 after tip-outs) When I got home and looked at my knees, I looked like I had been beaten. They are very bruised. Anyone have any vitamins or remedies to help with that? My thighs are also killing me, but I'm sure I'll build some killer muscles. I mostly need help with the bruising. Will they continue to bruise that badly every time I dance on stage?? Any suggestions will be appreciated![]()
