Check out these shoes, if you can dance in these you could do one hell of a themed routine.

Take my hand - let me show you Wonderland, here we can do anything...Close your eyes, don't be surprised at the things you find to tease your mind.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you aren't supposed to walk in these, let alone dance.
Dita Von Teese does a nice set in traditional pointe shoes that's very pretty.

They take a lot of practice to even walk to them, let alone dance. I have a pink pair that I have used in pictures but, I'd never dance in them. If anyone decides to be sure to put a guard in the shoes to protect your toes.
My new love...is me !
Even the greatest authority does not, ultimately, know you as you know yourself.

When someone shows you who they are, believe them.

My boyfriend thinks they look like deformed chinese feet (like when back in the day they broke young girls' feet and tied them up)

You can't really dance in these because they have no flexibility in them like real pointe shoes do- but they are interesting visualy.
im sorry but they look a bit ridiculous.

I once saw a girl do an amazing burlesque routine in pointe shoes...it was really stunning. But as for those kind of shoes...I really don't think they're made to be walked or danced in...it seems like you could really hurt yourself. I mean, even girls who have been dancing en pointe for years still fall and hurt themselves all the time....and pointe shoes have flexibility. I think those shoes look cool, but I wouldn't go trying to dance on stage in them!
there's beauty in the breakdown
