I've heard it's amazing, but I haven't tried it yet due to the price. Maybe it's time to suck it up and just get it! Thanks for the review, kat.

    hey

i got it at buy best for 30 bucks, but i believe you can find it for a little cheaper.
i have the masquintense, which i think is most expensive out of their line because it is a conditioning hair mask.

it is from europe and does wonders!!! omg!

i didnt buy the shampoo and conditioner, although i have no doubt it is good as well.

Tampa, isnt that loreals high end line? I never saw it anywere I have been. But Iam a product junkie. I go to trade secrets weekly and get new stuff. I like my hair more on the drier side so I can were it big. I have been tesing the back crown area and pulling the top bangs back. The products I like right know are the paul mitchell body line. The rusk body line. The kenra for body sucks and I just tried the new matrix color smart and you would probably like it it made my hair really silky and vibrant but it waas to soft to wear big so I didnt like it for me.

    hey mich-

as far as wearing my hair "big"

I love the look but boy is it a pain in the butt. Ive done velcro and big hot rollers and round brushes..
But nothing seems to hold a style? I wonder if my hair is too silky and conditioned to hold the style?

    hmmm....

Personally, altho I like Euro products, I try to avoid them, since they support horse slaughter, & import it from our country.

That said, lookfantastic.com has MANY hair/beauty products, reviews too. They give a slight 'discount' for members, (free to join). If I remember right, Keratase (avail. on that site, altho not sure if they'll ship that product to US) contains mineral oil, which can expedite color loss. It is Loreal's higher priced line. The product Kloresteral by Wella does also, is much cheaper, (like $2.00) & was recommended to me jfor damanged hair conditioning altho I won't use anything containing mineral oil (petroleum based product).

I also like lamasbeauty.com, stevenssalon.com have bought a shampoo from each site, & love them.

My sister in law. (who i got the product recommendation from) is always always coloring her hair and she has been using it for a while now. I asked her and she told me it doesn't fade her color and she is a red head.. (well not naturally) and red color is said to be the hardest color to stay in your hair.

Loreal doesn't support horse slaughter, that is ridiculous.

No, I wasn't saying that Loreal supports it, I said that some Euro countries (inclu. France) did. Take care & good luck w/the product.

Redken's Hot Sets kicks ass. Whether you spray it on your rolled hair or spray it on sections before you use a curling iron...I'm telling you I was amazed...

MMM I heard Keratase was great too. I have a friend who bought the shampoo and conditioner and she has very coarse african american hair and it made her hair SUPER soft and shiny! Worth the 100 she spent all together.
Right now Im using Sebastian's deep conditioner and it works for now. Makes it really soft and smell nice too.
Does anyone know a good hairsprays thats not too wet to use on my straightened hair..I dont want it to get curly!! Oh no

Dunno. I just use Loreal For coloured or damaged hair products, and have for years! I love the products. My hair has been through alot of bleaching and colouring, along with hot lights from dancing etc. And it's in excellent shape at this time!

I LOVE loreal for my hair. I have bought Redkin, Paul Mitchell and such, but i get the same or better feeling and softness for a cheaper price.

Loreal shampoos and conditioners are great for holding colour on the hair. Sure some fade happens, as it should and no one could stop that. Again i cut my hair 7 months ago, and posted a few pictures you can see the hair hung to my bra strap....Now it's 7 months later and my hair hangs to my ass again! I thank the great conditioners Loreal makes helping my hair to remain softer and tangle free.

PS i also rub a tad at times to the ends while my hair is dry, and leave it in for extra conditioning!

I've wanted to try Keratese too. It was listed in Allure magazine as best deep conditioner.
Where do you girls get it? Salons, or is there a website?

Tampa, try switching to a silky hampo and cond one day to say the paul mitchell body the next. If I use something with too much moisture my hair wont go big either. So I switch back and forth. I use the paul mitchell root lifter, redken thickening cream and when I finish I use big sexy hair what a tease and rusk thinkening hairspray. Try those products. Oh and maybe you might need some light layers cut in too.

I LOVE,LOVE,LOVE the matrix sleek line.
I have really long hair that get's eaisly tangled and frizzy and this product works wonders.
The conditoner is amazing. It makes my hair really shiny and silky and takes away most of my frizz. Plus, if my end's are split it makes them look and feel a lot better.
I have tried literally hundreds of conditioners and I have found this to be the best one.
I have been using it for over a year!
Longer than I have ever used anything before.

In fact,I just washed and dried my hair and now im sitting here stroking it because it feels so soft. lol

Tampa,Try using the great lengths NXT products. Here's a site you can buy them from. You should really use them with the Gl extensions..I highly recommend like energy conditioner and the anti-tap water-the repair gloss shampoo and the reconstuctor repair lotion.(leave in conditioner)
