I recently visited a strip club for the first time, and I was amazed at how flawless the girls' skin was. honestly, they almost looked airbrushed. i would kill for skin like that. can you tell me how do you get it so smooth and flawless?

This is what I do I lotion up in the am after my workout and shower, I tan in a tanning bed and for some reason my skin is soo smooth, then before I go to bed I lotion my whole body once again and hit the sack early when I am not working. I also drink tons water and I don't smoke or drink.

I don't know, girls. Most of the dancers that i know just use the normal skin care system of cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturising. Some use airbrush tanning.
It's probably just the blacklight. It totally hides inperfections like stretch marks ect..
There's been a lot of times that i've seen a girl looking really nice on the floor, but in the regular light of the dressing room, they have acne, bags under thier eyes ect.
The next time you go into a club try to you at yourself in a mirror in the blacklight, you'll see the difference.
Personally, I use zest soap and clinique lotion on my face. The only make-up I put on at the club besides eye make-up and lipstick is cornsilk loose powder. It's awesome. I also go tanning at least once or twice a week. I use Jergen's cherry almond lotion from wal-mart.

: ) actually, the lights in the club create that 'flawless look': the red smooths out the skin, and the blue or black light cancels out any dark spots.
fabulous, isn't it?!
ps: in your own home you can create great-looking lighting w/normal everyday lightbulbs.....it's all in the color combinations ; )
Hmmmm, must be going to a very special club because in my clubs the girls look great in the dark lighting, but tend to have average to poor skin in the dressing room full fuorescents.

It's amazing what lighting can do! I have seen a few girls with absolutely beautiful skin in or out of regular lighting, but some girls' skin is horrid in the regular light. I don't think they do anything special to their skin, at least not from what I have seen.

lol flourescents are greenish so they additionally make the skin look sickly. flourescent lights are also used in airports and office buildings, and often give people headaches because they're too intense.Originally Posted by Katrine
incandescents warm the skin, but you'll need plenty of illumination (100 watts +) for proper brightness.
btw--halogens are good, as they're cooler in tone (appearing 'brighter' than incandescents), and w/less watts will illuminate as much.

Yeah, black/blue light is all good if you have a bit of colour in your skin... but pity us poor girls with really fair skin and freckles- i look awful under those lights, as all my freckles show up black against my ultra white skin!
I wish i could tan, but i've never had a tan in my life and i'm allergic to the active ingredients in fake tan lotions (I just end up with an itchy rash all over EW!)
lights baby! Just stay underneath those puppies, and your floating.

the red lights add a warm tone to your skin, sweetieOriginally Posted by minky
also, if you're really concerned about your freckles, you can also dust loose powder that adds a bit of a tan look. believe it or not, just a little is plenty for those lights (due to the illumination amount).
To get the flawless sexy stripper lighting look in my own home what will I need?
I was thinking a black light but is it that simple? because i am a stripclub virgin someone please tell me some things I can buy to pimp out my bedroom so it will be makign me look hotter and making the mood.![]()
It's all in the lighting!! But for extra smoothness, I exfoliate every now and then, apply lotion to my entire body once a day after my shower when your pores are open, drink lots of water, eat veggies and fruit lots, and no smoking and drinking!
If you want that lighting at home then buy a black light, or light candles.

OMG girlie - this is soooo simple (and i, like you, am such a newbie dancer myselfOriginally Posted by deadsexiness

just experiment w/different household colored lighting........you'll see what i mean! you can even get black lights for your home toowhich is fairly new. candles are incandescents, so you can use them either to replace warm household lighting, or for added texture & shape to the overall ambience you want to create

use different combinations too for different moments in your life. when i'm by myself i like to simply use a soft pink light (found in most grocery stores even) along w/some candles for a pampered cozy feel. when i have a guy come over i like to use an overall glow such as yellow w/a single blue or green light.
creating different moods/ambience is just about trying different things. there's no magic here except your imagination![]()

LOL! ok, here we go........Originally Posted by deadsexiness

red, white, and black lights dear. you'll need to get the "daylight-balanced" white light tho to make it all work (otherwise, the regular incandescents will imbalance and appear too dim in the overall): depending on how big or small your home is, you'll want more red and black light, w/just a bit of the white light to properly illuminate the overall.
eg:
2 reds, 2 blacks, 1 white.
remember positioning! red and blue will be together, and the white can be in the middle somewhere.

thanks, screaminpeachez.
but i think deadsexiness was asking how to re-create the lights in her home. not her skin.
It's the lighting and the makeup.
I have crap skin, but with foundation, powder and lighting I get compliments on my skin all the time. It's odd.
