I've been dieting for the past few months......I am trying to lose my last 5 lbs.
But I loooooove food. The foods that I love are foods that don't exactly help my diet in anyway.
I notice that some people diet, workout, and do fine without sneaking too many treats.
How do you manage to keep that self control?
My friend suggested that I keep a picture of someone's body I liked on my fridge door as a reminder to myself. Well, That just made me more hungry.![]()
