Default trying to find audition outfit

Should I get an outfit with layers to take off, or just a 2 piece deal ( i need to strip down to my thong) or a mini dress? I was thinking a outfit with a crop top that ties in the front, bra underneath, and a skirt with a thong under it...? how long do they have the girls dance on stage during auditions, just to one song or a set??? I dont know how much time I have to take it all off. I did call and all he told me was I need to go up twice, so I need more than one outfit I guess. I want something easy to take off too.

Well, first off how many songs will you be doing each set?

If it's just 2 then I would stick with the top, thong, and skirt

Skirt off the 1st song and top off the 2nd.

But if you are doing a 3 song set then the whole outfit.

And if you are worried bikini season is coming up, I saw the cutest bikini at Wal-Mart 3 days ago. It had the tie style top and boy shorts. You could wear something like that with the thong under it.

Well, at least till you get "proper" dancer wear.

    Good Luck!!!

I think find all the easy outfits to get out of and then pick which looks best on you. Remember just because something looks nice on someone dosent' mean it looks good on everyone. (Unfortunately)

I agree. Something easy to take on and off. Especially if you are nervous! My favs are short tube dresses with a choker with some killer shoes (or in my case knee boots, cant dance in anything but....I'm shoe challenged.... ). The tube dresses look great on almost body type and you can accessorize almost anything with them. Also a fav, depending on what kind of club, and how you dance is a slinky long dress with a slit up the side, exposing lots of leg...very easy to take off and you can take it off lots sexier IMO. Have fun!!

I'm not big on the tube dresses or long gowns which many places require...since I'm big booty and hippy with not too much up top...(but gettin boobs this summer) but still a 2-4 in pants etc...I just need a bigger chest...then I'll rule LOL...in the meantime my gowns look lowsy...

That is a matter of your own opinion....if you can pull it off go for it!! I just said they are dorky, cause they make me feel like a dork walking around in them LOL. Some guys love them though!!!

I've seen a few girls wear them and pull them off. One girl had a white one with a white choker and white stockings and her long hair put up with lots of locks around her face....it was gorgeous and I was jealous that it looked so good on her!!!! LOL I think the really frilly, lacy kind does look retarded though...the simple ones work the best, but thats just my 2cs. White and black seems to do better too, and these tend to look better on girls with really long hair! Its really just a matter on how sexy it makes YOU feel!

AND I have worn sleepwear on stage before....I had these thin, white pajama bottom pants and top that looked great in the black light, I did great on stage with it!!
