Just had an odd thought - wondering what anyone would think, or if this has ever actually happened. Concerning the Americans for Disabilities Act and Stripclubs/dancing/bach-parties
ADA effectively states (as I read it) that a business must allow differently-abled patrons to access their locations, products and services. If a business has to allow things it normally wouldn't (like guide dogs) or specail services (like bouncers to carry wheelchair-bound patrons upstairs if there is no elevator) they must do so at no charge.
Question: Would ADA allow, or force to allow, a patron with visual difficulties more touching access to the dancer? Would you let a blind man "trace you with his hands" in order to experience the club? Has this topic ever come up?
I know what I hope the answer is (no), but am curious...
