    Default hard rox?

    Hey guys
My friend just found this new product at GNC. It is supposed to help in speeding up your metabolism. Has anyone heard of it and if so have you experienced any side effects?

Do you mean Hot Rox? I use it; it makes me sweat but no nerves/fast feeling. I'm pretty cool with it, but I haven't really been dedicated to working out, so couldn't attest to the actual effectiveness. Couple of guys I know love it, though.

Stuff like that is really only effective in conjunction with a good diet and a good exercise program... it gives you energy to work harder and yes it boosts your metabolisim (hence the sweats and anxiety because it increases your internal body heat.)

You need to cycle such products having one day a week off and a month off all together here and there if you are taking them consistently.

Thing is if you don't change your diet or exercise, no physical changes are going to be permenant.

Yes they have side effects but it differs between people; you feel hyped up, on edge, anxious and get the sweats.
