Just curious....
Hardly ever! I think I need to soon, maybe see some cute guys!![]()

Not as much as I used to, thats for sure. I don't really miss it all that much, but you gotta get out now and then. Working in bars made it much less important to me than it used to be.
Things are dramatically improving in the world of architectural illustration, so I think a little more partying might be in order for us, lol...

Never. I was never much of a party person, even when I was single. Now I'm quite content with just staying home and being "Mommy" and "Wife".
As much as possible, without effecting my professional life of course. Somebody has to pay my bills.
Staying home bores me to tears. I'm a few mintues away from Daytona Beach and Bikeweek is finally here. I see trouble brewing...
Cianna: I'll keep that in mind...![]()

never - the club/party scene makes me feel like I'm at work - ugh! I do enjoy a laid back bar with my boyfriend on occasion though![]()
I agree Rhia, I prefer being a wife and stay at home mom rather than going out drinking and partying all the time![]()
The last time I went out was over a month and a half ago. I, too, enjoy staying home...but every once in a while...I enjoy a fun night out with great people. I just go out for the adult interaction, though...LOL...so since I have to get up EARLY with my little one...I only drink non-alcoholic drinks and just enjoy the time.
The next time I go out and party will be SW Fest Chicago...woo hoo!!

Exactly!! If going out is gonna cost me money, and make me feel like I am at work anyway.... then I will just go to bloody work LOLOriginally Posted by tampadancer
It makes it hard on whoever I am seeing though. I hate social scenes these days and am not so enthused about meeting new people, especially in a bar scene. Chit chatting about stuff makes me feel like I am at work. Sometimes I go into automatic pilot and I have to watch that I don't say inappropriate things or introduce myself using my stage name!!!

We never go out these days...being in a strange state and not knowin anyone puts a damper on yer social life since the kids arent old enuff yet to stay home alone.
GOING OUT TO PARTY .......WHATS THAT? I'VE HAVEN'T BEEN OUT DAMN I DO NOT KNOW IN HOW LONG IT'S BEEN THAT LONG. I WAS NEVER MUCH OF A PARTIER ANYWAY. I ENJOY JUST STAYING HOME CLEANING DOING HOUSE WORK AND JUST RELAXING BY MYSELF.![]()

OK another question to add on here......
Seems like most of us are 'homebodies' so how does your SO (past or present) handle this lack of desire to party harty?
I know I've slowed down a lot, must be getting a little too old for it I guess, because my friends and I don't get out of control as much as we did while we were in College or the years following graduation. We still go out dancing, drinking, celebrating once in a while, but definitely not as much as before.

I rarely go out anymore, and I don't really miss it. When I was 21-22 I would be out drinking every Friday and Saturday night, but the bar scene has gotten old to me. On my days off, I'd rather be at home surfing the Internet or watching a movie.![]()
I'm such a homebody too!! I used to go out and party like 2-3 times a week, but I guess I am kinda burnt out from it. I always have friends that go out and whenever they call me, I always make up some lame excuse as to why I can't go(really I just stay home and play on my computer). On the rare occassion that I DO go out, I generally make up for lost time, so I don't always feel the need to party. Plus, I've started working on weekends, so I'd MUCH rather dance and get paid for it than dance and just have losers try and grind on me for free![]()
~*Now shorty, she in the club, she dancin' for dollars, she got a thing for that Gucci, that Fendi, that Prada, that BCBG, Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, she's feeding fools fantasies, they pay her cause they want her*~
Lately, very rarely, unfortunately. Never thought I would miss the clubbing scene... didn't happen until I had no time for it. I'm 26 and feel like an old fart...
oh well... I'll be partying it up this weekend - going to Pittsburg to see an old friend. Then there's always Vegas in May.... and potential SF2 in June

Lol, he's the same way. Plus he can't go out anywhere because I'm too young to go with him!Originally Posted by krys

I maybe go out...like to nice dinner ( fine wine) and a movie..but rarely partying.....I'm usually home by midnight....the bars....just make me feel like i'm at work...ughhhh
I've been real busy of late so I haven't gone out in ages. In fact, I haven't even taken a bona fide vacation in ages either. Chicago SW Fest is thus very looked forward to by me ...... saying I'm still in the US by then (http://www.stripperweb.com/forum/sho...d.php?t=46228).

Hmmmmmmmmmm....
If I'm working a lot, I don't like to go out and party.
Usually, when we go out, we won't stay out long at the bar/club and end up at someone's place, but then a poker game begins so the party doesn't end.
I don't like going out on the weekends, that's rookie night!
But all in all, I'm pretty much a party machine, except for this week, I've only gone out once for less than an hour.....

Not since last night ( not ) actually funny you ask I went out for the first time in 8 months last weekend and I really got liqured bad . What surprised me was I was out with this single guy and he is all like trying to find a good hump for the night and its like nothing but hes the guy who doesnt daance or anything just kind of scopes the women out . And there I am all mr. fun dancing and just having a good time not wanting anyone to go home with ( mostly cuz my wife wouldnt allow it ) and the girls are all over me one even kissed me I was blown away , had a good time but it took a couple days to feel normal again.
When I am in the mood to "party" (which is rare because I like to relax / entertain myself in other ways) I may call 1 or 2 friends and go to a bar or club, but it is rare. Maybe once every 8 months or so? I find the club / party scene so "showy" (everyone is checkin' eveeryone else out) it feels like it's work. When I ain't performing I ain't performing and prefer privacy. All the comments above about staying home and doing your own thing apply to me too.
