    Default Good Hip Excersisers

    What are some good excersises that will tone up my hips? I dont mean the sides of my legs , Im talking about where you put your hands at when you give attitude I took an aerobics class about a month ago and forgot the excersice she had me do for that , all I know is that I was pleasently sore the next day

    OH your love handles?
    I use this thing at the gym where I sit on a seat and move this thing from side to side with wieghts on it??? Hard to describe.
    I would suggest all over cardio and weight training thats the only thing Ive seen so far either that or pilaties.

    Yep, hubby tells me also the only way I will lose the rest of my baby fat is to do cardio, or run. I prefer using my pole. There is an exercise last night though that I saw, and started doing, and boy, it sure works yer butt cheeks!

    Yeah, I think cardio is prob your best bet. my problem is I'm starting to get saddle bags, but I'm allready sooo skinny that I think I would look disgusting if I lost any more weight. So cardio is out for me. anyone have advice for this problem?

    weight machines at the gym, just add on pounds of weights to create definition. do the abduction machine and any kind of leg press. if you add muscular inches around the saddle bag area the saddle bag will look smaller while actually reducing it's size through the workoutz.

    ^ Cardio. And, simple weight training.

    If you're getting love handles, then you are getting an accumulation of fatty tissue...which isn't good. Have you tried Tonalin? Tonalin helps your body get rid of that type of stuff.
