I am in my thirties also. I make just as much or as little money as the younger girls do. My suggestion is, if you can't afford a trainer or a gym, get a jumprope, (very cheap) and invest in some free weights and do your work outs at home. Since my panic attacks started, instead of going to the gym, ( where I had my first one) I work out at home or outdoors or pack my snowboard and go to the local mountain. (That last one does taking planning and experience and a little $$.)
Try a self tanner or get air brushed.
Most of all just believe in yourself. It's funny. I have some negative co- workers who say things like, "the only reason you look like that is because you work out..." Umm...yeah...like that's a bad thing? Sometimes my workout is just power walking around my hood to pick up dry cleaning, mail and other assorted errands. Instead of judging distance, I time myself. I am definitely sweating when I get home. Plus I get out into the fresh air.
Just a few suggestions.
Good luck,
Corey

Thanks again kittykat! I'm excited to try this stuff. I'll let you know how it goes. Thankfully it will be spring here soon and we'll get some moisture in the air via all those lovely spring showers. Be very happy you got out of here! Only a few more months and i will be too.Yay!!! (Moving to Houston this summer)
