Default Starting an outcall stripper business in B'ham

We are starting an outcall stripper business in Bham, Alabama. We would like to get some input from assorted people in order to understand the business from your point of view.

    1. We are trying to find the most effective way to find new dancers, what resources do you use, ie. classifieds, internet, word of mouth?

    2. How do you handle security, we will provide it, but how much of the cost do you absorb?

    3. What are benefits we could provide to dancers which would be so appealing that they would want to stay with our service.

    4. In your opinion where are the best places to advertise.

    Thanks!

On providing security......that is the dancer's responsibility, at least in California. It would be nice of you to offer trained drivers to your girls (trained in security, and how to get more money out of the guys), but the girls should be paying them out of their earnings. The best company that I've ever worked for charged the customer $160 for one girl. The girl kept $100, gave the company $60. They allowed girls to bring their own security person, and also had trained drivers available, if girls couldn't get one. They trained their drivers on what to do from the moment they get in the door, to command the attention of the party. The drivers handled all the money, and completely handled the customers for the girls. This made it easier for girls to simply entertain, and not bug the guys for cash. It also eliminated customers wasting girls' time talking (without any intention to buy games/dances), or trying to talk down the prices!! So keep in mind that stripper security, isn't JUST security. Hope this helps.

All of the above. Newspaper classifieds (especially college papers), internet (like here on SW, just talk to Pryce!), and verbally (although I don't think this will be most effective).

The cost for the girl for her security should reflect what the agreement between you, her and the bouncer. Are you paying the bouncer at all? Then she should just tip him appropriately. Is she responsible for the bouncer in entirety? Then don't ask her for a large cut of her earnings. Keep in mind that at a club, the bouncer usually gets $5 from a single girl. Granted the duties are quite a bit more here, but I don't think you can expect the dancer to shell out much more that 10-20% of her night's gross to the security.

Low cost, safety, screening of customers, maybe some kind of transportation reimbursement for long drives(?).

College papers, local sex shops, anywhere people who want bachelor parties are going to be looking.
Websites are always nice to have. You could also give girls the opportunity to show themselves off there too!

    I hope I helped a little!!
