Does anyone have some suggestions for boosting your mood herbally? I like to feel happy but dont want to take any type of anti-depressants (not depressed btw). Anything I can mix in with my daily diet would be great. I take Kava Kava but it makes me sleepy. I excersize too about 3-4 times a week now.
