    Best OTC teeth whitening?

I just quit smoking today (bought my patches on the way home. I have used them before and they rock!) ....

ANd now that I am not destroying my teeth with cigarettes, I would like to whiten them. I can't afford a porfessional job at the moment, but I would like to try some over-the-counter products. Has anybody done this? What have you done that works? What other tips do you have for me?

BTW, the rest of my makeover efforts are going well. Thank you ladies for all your advice. You are the best!

Crest Whitestrips - I like a lot! Work great and quick.
Crest Nighttime - Sucked. Gave me horrible migraines.

I use CWS....they reg. kind. I like them they work pretty well. Pssssstt I use them in the tanning booth too about 10min my mouth is grinning so the light can get on my teeth....seems to speed up the process. I leave them on for 30min instead of 20min. Seems to go alot faster that way.

Doesn't seem to do much for me. I have been blowing money on it for months.

BE CARFUL WITH TEETH WHITENERS. they can destroy the enamel on your teeth if misused...

its about 200 for a professional job. good luck and if you feel pain/tingling discontinue use!

Rembrandt has whitening strips out now, and they are five day whitening strips as opposed to Crest's seven day strips. I got a kick out of that though, cuz when I saw the 5 day strips compared to the 7 day strips, I immediately thought of the movie something about mary when the guy is talking about 6 minute abs compared to 7 minute abs, lol.

The Rembrandt ones are pretty cool. They are almost like a wax so they really mold to your teeth and the solution can really get in there. I can only do top or bottom one at a time tho. They are pretty thick and make my mouth water horribly. The also kick my gag reflex into high gear!
