    I'm still young, but my boobs are already starting to sag. they're not even that big! i'm a 36B. But basically, i wouldn't dream of going without a bra, and since i want to start stripping, that's a problem. What do i do? Does Pec work really help with saggy boobs? If so, what work outs should i do?

    Depends on your physiology but for SOME women, filling up the space with something(in the case of exercise, bigger pectoral muscles) can indeed help.



    It's worth a shot certainly.

    Get familiar with HEAVY dumbbell decline presses, use a full range of motion. Heavy is a weight you can only handle 5-6 times.

    Do a full body workout, lifting heavy loads also helps our connetive tissues, and in your case may help strength the ones in your chest to at least reduce future further sagging.

    Look at some guys who have gyno(bitch tits) and see how their chest changes appearance as they pack on muscle mass. You will have a similar experience.

    Building up the pecs won't do much, but try it and at least we'll have another case study disproving the idea A lot of women's magazines and such recommend stuff that isn't going to build up much muscle, so the idea of exercising to fix sagging breasts is often "debunked." However, if you follow a real bodybuilding program instead of the wussy stuff they try to get women to do, you may have some success.

    Posture is also a big reason why some ladies breasts sag so noticibly.

    I think mine are shrinking since I started working out more but they don't have much sag to them. If (when) they get saggy I think I'll just pump them up with some implants.

    Try this: bend arms @ elbows, hold almost level w/shoulder, press palms hard into ea. other,fingers facing opposite, try to work up to 30 per day. My friend does this, & has great firmness.
    Myself, in the summer, I mow my lawn w/a manual mower, (yes I'm cheap), my boobs rock! (but, they're small)!

    I'm the same size and in the same boat. So far, I've started wearing ONLY push up bras in a size 34B... that's perking them a lil. Thank you for making this thread, it'll help me too!

    Try taking 5 or more grammes of vitamin C daily. Sorry I forget the source now, but I did this when breast-feeding my son for 2 years, maybe it was the vit C maybe it wasn't but it has been documented for this type of thing more than once. It's non-toxic and you can't overdoes on it except that you may experience some dioreah with the first couple of doese. Buffered C is best and don't buy one that has Calcium!

    Thank you bunches. I'll def try that. I agree that women can use real weights, i used to work out all the time and now that i'm so busy i guess i've been slacking. Now must be the time to jump back in! thanks a bunch!
