I want to make some lumpia (I just got a craving for it) just to do something fun. I wonder if I can use anything else to make it with besides vegetable oil. Eventhough you have to fry it is there any way to make them healthier?

I get very sick and see it come back up...or worse. That includes coconut oil ooop shouldve said that. What about palm kernal oil?
Maybe get the extra light kind?
