    Default Hard working out = feel like I have to pee?!?

    I've noticed when I do some really hard upper body workout stuff that I feel like I have to pee or almost like a turned on feeling. The first thing I noticed it on was one of those things you hang from by your arms and then squeeze your legs up in the middle and I also noticed it on a pull up machine. I even told my trainer and he said I'm probably squeezing my bladder but it's really a weird feeling. Do any of you who do pole tricks have this problem too? I wonder if it'll go away when I get stronger or certain excercises will always do it?

    It's from exerting. When you weight lift (or do strenuous pole tricks) it happens. It's using the same muscles as you would use if you were doing Kegel exercises.

    yeah, that's what it feels like, like when you squeeze down on your girlie parts! I feel almost embarassed in the gym feeling that. ha! Maybe next time I should tell my trainer I can't do the excercise becuase it's turning me on.

    it's normal...just make sure you pee before you lift.

    I may have many faults, but being wrong ain't one of them.

    I agree, pee before you lift. When I drink too much water (or just enough) I'll work out or even do pilates and it's a pleasant, yet undeniable yearn to urninate,,,

    Im so glad you started this topic bunny I thought I was the only person this happended to.

    This happens to me all the time esp. when I do the hanging leg lift for my stomach. I often have to stop because if I don't I will have an orgasm.
    Which would be great were I not at the gym surrounded by people.

    And venus I did not know that I was working my kegal muscles and my stomach at the same time. That is awsome Now I understand why everyone always say's that doing kegals with intensify your orgasm.

    Oh god I was thinking that last time I did it! I was wondering if that would happen if I kept doing it. And the gym is always full of guys I'm sure they'd totally love that! I always pee before I work out but then I always drink a lot of water too but I haven't wet my pants yet.
