I've noticed when I do some really hard upper body workout stuff that I feel like I have to pee or almost like a turned on feeling. The first thing I noticed it on was one of those things you hang from by your arms and then squeeze your legs up in the middle and I also noticed it on a pull up machine. I even told my trainer and he said I'm probably squeezing my bladder but it's really a weird feeling. Do any of you who do pole tricks have this problem too? I wonder if it'll go away when I get stronger or certain excercises will always do it?
