NOT worth loosing your job over, 242 would be the one getting fired AND looking like a maniac….
Tell her that ish wont be tolerated... she‘ll get the point loud and clear.

I'd talk to management about the girl, and tell them/him, that she made your customer very uncomfortable, and he was trying to hint on her to get the hell away, so that he could get his good times rollin', not drama.
Tell management that she has done it before, and kind of make up this other situation with this customer that drops cash on you, and the club, which means many others, and she annoyed another guy, be adament, and strong, stick to your story, and stand up to the bitch.![]()
No hitting, ughh why would you mess up your pretty face!?!!![]()

I think you should let her know that she's "on notice" and not to expect any help from you (hairspray, makeup, doubles, etc.) because she showed disrespect. And then politely walk away.
I'm happy that the customer saw her for the trash she is.
okay, so I am new to the forum but not to the industry and let me just tell you that this is happening more and more. The problem is that clubs are hiring a lot of new, young girls who either have no ettiquette with regards to other dancers or they think that they are invincible and don't care about ettiquette. I don't suggest hitting her, you do need to make her understand her place in the club. There are ways to make her understand not to do this again without you ending up looking like a psycho. First, you need to pull her aside and make sure that she understands that you have the upper hand in the situation. Second, keep your voice even, don't raise it and let her know that what she did was rude and that you understand that she's new so she probably doesn't know. Also let her know in a way that she won't hesitate to believe that should this happen again she will not like the outcome. You may not know what you're going to do if she does it again, but she doesn't need to know that. You want to make sure that you asct with all the class you can that way if a situation does happen you will come out looking like a proffessional and she will end up looking like a trashy drama queen. Good Luck, keep your cool. Remember that what goes around comes around. One day she may encounter someone who hits first and asks questions later.
Ok, thanks everybody for your .02$.
