    Default Anyone tried the Gazelle?

Hi, I tried to see if anyone else has answered this, but no one did.
I am thinking of buying the Gazelle. Tony Little endorsed it? I just wanted to if anyone else has one and if it has worked out for you.
I am sick of pilates and I hate working out at Gyms. I'd rather do it at home.
If anyone had advice on the Gazelle or some other work out device, please let me know.
Please don't lick me, it tickles..

No but I've seen the infomercial for that thing and it looks scary. I do a lot of stuff in the gym that really works me out hard and it's stuff that could be done at home. Squats, lunges, leg lifts, and using small weights for arms. This stuff KILLS me and I never knew something that LOOKED so simple could be so tough. There is one excercise for outer thighs that looks like a dog raising it's leg to pee and you can feel it burn after doing a few of them!

I have a Gazelle. I love it. Have had it for 3 years. Gives a great work out and is easy on your joints (knees, hips, etc...) keeps your butt in great shape. Best part is I just have it in a spare room and put on the TV or music and before I know it 30-40 minutes have passed. I used to do Pilates, this is less stressful for me and gives good results.

Thanks, I think I'll get one next week. It looks interesting and it's smaller than all the other items I've seen one the market.

I've tried it too.Actually I liked it,it's pretty simple to use,low impact, small in size. The only problem to me,at least, was that my feet kept sliding off of it,kind of backwards, and I would have to stop every few minutes to adjust them.Maybe that's because I'm tall (5'9).Otherwise,it's great.

Hmmm......never had that problem. Usually I wear some solid shoes, like good traction tennis shoes. No slipping then.
