Well, because I am back in the swing of things, I am so sore. I think that I raptured a tendon or something cause I have a painful soreness in my leg. Should I do the icy hot thing with some epsom salt and soak? This is a sport related injury but I want to treat it approprietly. Any suggestions? I'll be happy to hear them. Thanks.
