    Default Help!!! My Butt Is Missing!!!

    I don't know what happened it's like it disappeared into thin air. I have a great butt I would get complements on it all the time and then one day poof! it's gone. I never had to exercise it's been there since I can remember. Some guys would say it was the best ass they ever saw.And now it's missing anyone have any ideas on how I could get it back ?Maybe there's an excercise move I'll do anything!!!!!!

    Yeah, I think a piece of it went my way. One day it wasn't there and then it appeared.
    As for how she can grow a new one I believe there aremany butt excercises already posted, just do a search and I'm sure you'll find a few.

    No, but try some wieght training exersizes. Eat good foods so you fight celluilite.

    I think you should try to do lunges, squats, rover's revenge (lol, ah, how I love jane fonda!), and butt crunches lying down. Those excercises are absolutely fabulous for adding muscle and definition to the butt and thighs. If you really are having problems though, you could speak to a personal trainer at the gym for tips or do searches on internet workout sites. Mind you, the exercises will take time, so give yourself a realistic time scale (maybe around two months or possibly more...?) and eat very well - think fruit, veg, protein and have the odd vice once in a while to prevent you bingeing on your bad foods.

    Have you been taking cla? This happened to me around 4 months after taking cla. If not do step ups, one leg at a time, lunges and squats.

    What I was using was tonalin cla. Cla is the supplement everyone on here talks about. Do a search there is alot of info on it. Though if you are having this glute problem, I wouldnt recomend it.

    LOL! Too true charlygirl! I use her workout videos on occasion. I can't believe that they were made the year I was born! The fabulous thing is that they still do the business - my ass actually began to defy gravity!

    I've been doing seated leg presses at the gym and my butt has bubbled (in a good way). For a while I wondered why even though my hips looked more narrow I wasn't loosing inches and my jeans still fit tight. I'm definately not complaining though! Anyway, if you go to a gym try those. I do 2 sets 15 reps at 170 pounds.

    Thanks alot for the help. I've been afraid to exersice thinking it would make it shrink even more but I guess I maybe just need to try and build the muscle up again.Does anyone know of a good exercise dvd that would be good for this?My membership at the gym just ran out.and I don't want to sign another contract since I've only used mine like 5 times in the last 2 yrs. I HATE exercising but I'm willing to do what it takes.
