I do sometimes, depends. I usually have to have a couple of brands and alternate like use secret on monday degree on tuesday, suave on wednesday, etc. Also I have noticed that sometimes its not your pits that smell but the shirt. Thats why I rather stay away from shirts that are to tight or to close to your underarm because you sweat and the shirt becomes wet and thats usually what smells bad, or you will sweat make the shirt wet and then it dries and i've noticed that my underarms are dry and sticky like the deordorant is gone. Also just make sure to stay in an cool a/c 'd area.

Try pre-treating using some Shout or Bleach for Colors. Get a soft scrub brush, but be easy, lots of deodorant build-in the clothes can make it tear and rip easier.

As for yourself. Try buying a stronger brand, maybe even buy a lightly, or unscented men's deodorant, or try the brand Mitchum. If that doesn't work. Go to the Dr and get a prescription. I have the same problem.

I have the same problem with deodorant. Haven't figured out how to stop it yet. Oxyclean helps with the fabric. Just put a scoop in the wash.

Eventually the white shirts become rags. Thin white cotton shirts have a short shelf life, don't spend too much $$ on them. My mom gets me a couple of pairs throughout the year from places like TJ Maxx and Marshalls.

The only deodarent that works for me consistently is Secret Platinum unscented. That shit is like stinkpit cryptonite!

Putting bleach in the wash WILL NOT help the yellow stains in white, even though I keep doing it.......

I have a similar problem. I have seperate deoderants for the type of day I expect. Long days I will use a mens unscented and short outing days I will use a womens. I have found the clear gels to be more effective. You might also be going through a hormone change, I believe most women stop "devloping" at about 26.

Ditto, I have about 6 different kinds, if one doesn't seem to be working a switch off to another.
I just started using the new Dove deodorant. It seems to work prety well, as well as Ban roll on. Only tihng is that it leaves my armpits white, not good for in the club.
I know a lot of dancers that use the spray on deodorant, it seems to work really well for them. I just hate the baby powder smell, I refuse to buy anything that smells like baby powder, but you might want to give it a whirl.
Please don't lick me, it tickles..

I ordered Maxim online, and it stops sweating altogether, its made for people with hyperhydrosis(excessive sweating) and I noticed I never smell using it either. You use it at night before bed, and I only use it once a week. Very effective. Your pits might seem itchy the next morning a litttle, and you only need to put on VERY little (its a roll on), like one swipe.

I have the same problem. I have so many deoderants in my closet!! Let's see..... I really like Mitchum, it usually works for a couple of weeks. I use the unscented men's, not the lady mitchum. Also Secret Platinum and Almay, they work for about a week at a time. Dove and Degree I use on occassion. Dove leaves my pits white, like a pp said, so that's for non-work days.

    Stinky pitters unite!!

Mitchum has always worked for me... but I'm the type if I'm going to sweat I'm going to sweat but at least with Mitchum my arm pits don't stink while I do sweat. I also use only the men's unscented never the lady's mitchum.... I don't like scented arm pits.

I may have many faults, but being wrong ain't one of them.

Try lemon juice and aspirin pills on the yellow spots.
As for the armpit issue, wax your pits instead of shaving. Hair is a breeding ground for bacteria. Bacteria= smell. (That's why surgery patients are shaved and swabbed with iodine before incisions- bacteria sticks to hair follicles.) This sounds like a small tip but it worked for me.
I think wearing men's deoderant is sexy- all this talk of Mitchum is making me wish I had a man to steal toiletries from! LOL.

I'm sure the crystal has worked for other people, but it didn't touch me. I can sweat like it's nobody's business, especially during games. I just turned to using it on my feet and hands occassionally. I gave up trying to stop the sweat when I play, it's when I go out that it pisses me off. I guess I just have to make do.

I seem to remember reading something about how they were starting to use Botox injections to reduce sweating. Might be a little bit extreme, though, depending on how you feel about it. I've had good luck soaking whites in Oxyclean (walmart) to gat stains out, but do NOT mix it with bleach - it eats fabric!

Avon roll-on deoderants are really good. The creams leave this patch and stink after a while

I was going to recommend Botox injections too. It's a little pricey, but basically stops the sweating for months on end. I'm considering having that done this summer, except I really hate needles and have no clue how many or how few shots it takes to do the pits.

For now, Secret Platinum protection is working.
