    Default Energy

I am in desperate need of some energy. I work nights generally 9-2 and on the weekends 9-4. I come home, go to bed and am generally asleep by 3 to 3:30 at the latest. I get up at 8:30 or 9 to take care of my kids a 19 month old and a 5 month old during the day. I am in generally good health, no drinking, drugging. The only thing I do is smoke cigs. I am exhausted all of the time though. I cannot get my ass off the couch or out of bed or anything. How do I get more energy? Does anyone have any ideas?

    What is your diet like?
Wow congrats on taking care of 2 kids under 2!

EDIT: Maybe if you have a 2 kid stroller go for a walk even if it is just for 30min.

Well lately it hasn't been that great cuz we are moving tomorrow and I had to pack up the kitchen. We have been eating a lot of pizza and subway with the occasional Olive Garden thrown in. But even before........And we ate chicken with a veggie and pasta or rice for dinner, sandwiches with fruit for lunch and cereal or eggs for breakfast. Not the absolute healthiest, but far from bad. That's why I am stumped. BTW thanks on the congrats.

Um,..sounds pretty good ...control your portions like always. Too much food can leave you coma-ey (yea I know its not a word) and take hours to digest.
My best advice is to make time doing anything exercise like. Avoid emtpy calorie things.
