    Default water pills

Does anyone use any of the water pills to "de-puff"? I heard they aren't supposed to be used all the time, but can help get rid off puffiness during your period or whatnot and if you need to lose like 3=5 lbs quick? Just curious, my workout routine and tonalin have been helping, just wasn't sure if they really work or not...tia

i personally can't use them since they dehydrate me so much even though I could drink 2 gallons.

I may have many faults, but being wrong ain't one of them.

The best thing on the market is Taraxatone found at GNC or any other health store. Its used for body builders before competition. It drains all the water out of your body and even sucks the water from under neath your skin. You'll feel super skinny after taking this for a day. I must warn you its not intended to take every day- only once a month. You can take for one day or 2 days in a row but thats it!! Its too dangerous too keep taking. If you drink alot of water while taking it for that day its safe.

Oh also dont take while working. Youll have to pee like every 10 minutes, kind of annoying so find a day or 2 when you dont have much to do.

it might be easier to just drink lots of water without the pills...this flushes out any extra salts/toxins that cause the bloating. even if water pills work momentarily, the next day some people have rebound bloating, making it worse than before you took them. just something to be aware of. good luck!

Nothing. And it can be a dangerous game. Want to lose water weight? Drink more water! Seriously, more water in the system makes you PEE more without bloating.

Also if you move around more around that time of month, you will have less bloating.

Water pills should only be prescribed by a doctor to keep that extra water out of the body that puts stress onn the heart for example. AND followed with vital mineral tests, as water pillls deplete us of many major heart and other life saving minerals.

I speak from experience....My sister depleted all her minerals, she was on water pills.

I would ask people who had much experience with these first....Our bodies need LOTS of water.....Again drink more water, lay off salty foods/drinks.

    Thanks Pam.
I want to lose weight fast! I'm not fat by any means, but I am going through that "change" where the body starts to turn it's muscle into fat. So I don't look the way I want to, Ick!
But if the water pills aren't a good idea, I guess I'll stick with what I am working with.
As for the original question, what else do you guys think would work?

    Gypsy,
Are you unable to workout right now due to injury or illness ? If not you can reverse the softening of your musces by getting back to a regular workouts.

btw I love your screen name

Oh, I've been working out and eating right lately, but it just snuck up on me. I now have bigger breasts and a bigger butt, not that most people would complain about that (I still have a flat stomach) but I ache to be what I used to be. I'm getting smaller by the day, but I know I have to do it slowly so as not to hurt my body, that's why I am always lookig for healthy tips.

Thanks about the screen name, I've actually used it since I became a dancer 5 years ago.

I don't exactly agree, only because a lot people notice the difference, I even received a "but your head is the same size!"
I was anorexic for a while and now that I'm not I feel like the pounds are here! It wasn't a real bad disorder, I just didn't have the time or make the effort to eat between classes and dancing 6 times a week so I didn't eat much and if you don't crave the food you dont eat, right?

But, I'm want to be a bit more tone, I love the breasts, though! They are great! My bf said, you love the "fillers" don't you? I have the silicone bra implants and I said, "No these are mine!" That felt great......
But then, I'm getting off topic, sorry..........

I hear that the "wraps" are great fro reducing the puffiness..

well congrats gypsy for overcoming the disorder anyway and you do sound like a hottie!! I would love big breasts and a flat stomach, its easy enough to get implants but its gonna be real hard to get the stomach flat!
