    Exclamation Need Help!

1st off its been like a year and a half since i last dance due to i got pregnant and i had a miscarrage and totally got depressed. Well i got pregnant again and my daughter is 2 and so many days away from being 3months this month the 29th.
My current weight is 175lbs and id like 2 get back down to 125lbs my original weight i already lost about 24lbs. u think running after a baby and not really eating u would lose alot of weight lol.
Anyway, I was wondering if u ladies have any tips like how much cardio should i do, reps and crunches and all that fun stuff should i do. I've been trying 2 watch my pilates workout video but i haven't really had time this past few weeks with my little girl being sick and me sick with this damn pollen.

I would totally appreciate this if someone would help and take time reading this!

    I like your sig..GNR!
Some women have metabolism changes after a baby. My best pal was a skinny as a stick all her life, and after her first, she got thicker, and then her second made her look visibly overweight. (I bet she'd get mad if she knew I was talking about this, but I'm trying to help someone...) She talked to me about it and I suggested Tonalin CLA, which there are many threads here on it.
If you can afford to, go to a dietician and make a meal and exercise plan. If you'd rather not, you need to have discipline, make strict shopping lists and learn how to bargain in your head for "bad" food, like 1 week of good dietary eating= 1 weekend day of having the treats you want, like ice cream or cake, or spareribs......you got the idea....I'm not familiar with Weight Watchers, but I think they have a similar system.
Exercise- jogging and running. I hate doing it, but it's very effective.
Keep in mind women gain weight faster as they age. Men too. It's just our body clock and evolution trying to keep us alive and healthy. If you look at the matter this way, it's easier to be more patient. Good luck and check in here with your progress. This is a very supportive group of people.

Put the baby in a back carrier and walk around with her, all over the neighborhood and everywhere. As much as you can. I put mine in a sling wehn he was first born, and I lost more than my baby weight in the first year. Or get a jogging stroller (or even your regular one) and take her out for jogs. My son loved this! It makes it easier to get a good workout because your baby is keeping up with you and you are not trying to make time to work out without her.

Well, I'm lucky in that respect, no weight prob. BUT< I did see/hear about an interesting book, for weight loss/wt management, called Glygemic Index. It talks about what foods "stay with you", what foods you get hungry 5 min. after eating, etc. It seems very easy to understand (a + for me). As far as workout, I saw an interesting mini trampoline, but with a rail support. It looked fun, & the ad said just by standing/ lite bouncing you are using muscles. It's also an easy workout for a beginner, & for someone concerned about stressing knees, joints, etc. Hsn.com Good luck.
