I am new to all of this and am very excited to be able to find a site that has this much interaction and information so readily available.
I guess realy what i would like to know is how do i start off. I have never danced before but have recently purchased the carmen electra DVD 'Fit to Strip' which im loving....i figure its a start...
im not skinny, im probably considered a little overweight to be wanting to work in an industry such as this.
So where do i start? Are there any diets along with particular types of exercise that are recommended for losing weight but still keeping enough energy to be able to stay on your feet all night...ive never gotten into sports and work long days so any exercises that can be done without the use of a gym are ideal
