Default Stripper pole in the home!

I'm not a stripper by trade anymore, but I wanted to put a pole in my home to help keep me fit. Here's the hitch: it HAS to be completely removable, and on carpet. Platinumstages.com has a nice platinum stage kit with a pole, but I wanted to know what YOU thought about it! Oh, and my dances get pretty wacky, and I do some wild spins, so I can't have anything tear a hole in the celing of my rented space. Thanks, ladies! (And men, I love you too!)

ive been looking into that too!!
I tried one of those 'poles attached to a stage' things last month though and I can tell you now that if you plan to climb anywhere forget it because the poles WAY too too short, if you plan to throw yourself at it forget it because it wobbles AND isnt tall enough to throw yourself anywhere on it and i'm 5'7. I didnt even risk it Flipped upside down and tried to slide down and it took like 4 inches before ny head hit the floor. LAME!
Get the real pole, the one that will go all the way up to the ceiling and dont waste your money

Thanks, Charlygirl! Yeah, the height would probably suck, but can I install a pole on carpet? And will a pole I install hold my crazy spins?

There are alot of threads on this hun ...do a lil search for it under the brand names.

Platinum Stages, Lil Minx pole, and pole katz (i think thats a pole video) and Stripperzone.com has some links too. Most if not al are removable and wont damage your carpet or ceiling.

Thats true. Ive tried the removlable ones in a studio and as long as you secure it really good it works fine.
