I can only pop my hips in certain positions, but what I really really want to learn how to do is the butt jumping thing. You know where girls can make their butt muscles jump on either side or both? I can't find the muscle that controls that no matter what I do! Can anyone help me?

DO IT! lol just click your heels together, and you will get some wiggle.
I get down really low in a kneeling position (like doggy style), arch my back and work my thigh and butt muscles up and down. It helps me control the movement with my feet about one inch off the ground.
I learned how to do it by sitting on the floor with my feet under my butt, spread the knees apart some, and just play around. You have to practice lots and lots, takes muscle control.
It was pretty frustrating. Try this: lay flat on your stomach and squeeze your butt cheeks together, then relax them. Do this over and over. Try alternating your cheeks
