Does anyone on this board regularly run or lift weights swim etc. w/ fake boobs.
I'm training for a triathlon and I can see the direction my boobs are headed isn't good at all. I'll probably need to get a job done, but I wonder how much of an effect it will have on my performance. The only way to support myself will be to continue dancing ( training up to 7 hours daily )but my breasts don't lok as if they will make it.
Any input is appreciated.

I only got 250 ccs so i didn't go that big but i had very little pain or discomfort and was able to start working out again at about 3 weeks, full force at about 6 wks. Just get a really good sports bra. The main thing to worry about these days are infection. I'm sure you'll be fine.
