Is it sexual discrimination to want to deny homosexuals equal access to healthcare as heterosexuals ?
Is it sexual discrimination to want to deny homosexuals equal access to healthcare as heterosexuals ?
Example of discrimination (Imho):
the only prudent way to treat Islamics in the US and western europe today is along the same vein as Russians and Eastern Europeans were treated during the 'cold war' days - with some degree of suspicion warranted until proven otherwise !

No, it would be sexual discrimination to deny healthcare based on sex (gender). Denying it based on sexual orientation is discrimination against gays and lesbians.

Well,in the context of how your question is framed,Yes.Originally Posted by Hello~Kitty

Care to explain some cases of what your talking about???

BTW,I still think the doc has a choice to treat or not though.
For example,if the doc doesnt want to treat ebola or sars patients,i dont think he should be forced to.
I think if a hospital isnt set up to treat a certain disease, they should transport the person to that hospital,or at least give them the directions on how to get there.
