    Newbie Help Me

Okay, I haven't started to dance yet, but I have wanted to for a long time. I am 26 years old. I am 5'10 and about 140lbs. I want to know if I need to be smaller. Everyone says that I don't but I need some advice, I don't really have any pictures either. Also, can anyone please please tell me of some exercises that I could do to tighten up my rear end. Also, I am a 36B and my boyfriend doesn't want me to get implants but I just want to be like a 36C. I just need some advice. I don't know what to do. I need help on all aspects of it. Please please help me!

Dance as you are for right now.Any changes you wish to make can always come later. There is nothing wrong with you, given the description you have provided.

One more question, I have 2 tatoos, one on my upper back that has my name, and one on my lower back that has my son's name, do I just cover them up with foundation or what? I've never had to to this before, so I don't know. Thanks

    ^^^ Agreed!

Something to keep in mind for new dancers who are worried about their looks....

    1) No dancer appeals to every guy.

    2) Some do appeal to a wider potential customer base than others.

    3) Practically every dancer appeals to someone.

The real question is if you will appeal to a large enough group of customers to make dancing finanically rewarding enough for you. Like, OTB said, without knowing anything else about you then what you described in your post, I don't see any reason to think you wouldn't apply to a large enough target audience just as you are.

    Best of Luck.

Donkey Kicks do wonders for your butt!! You need to get on all fours. Take one leg at a 90 degree angle and press to the ceiling (with your heel flexed). Do about 3-4 sets....8-12 reps. That should help.

Thanks so much you guys, all this info is helping me. I love this site. And donkey kicks really, how long will it take to notice a difference. Okay I have 3 kids and I am in pretty good shape but, I definitely know that it could be a hell of a lot better. I want the best results in like the least amount of time. Am I too concerned?

Is it hard to learn pole tricks? All I reall know is too like grab the pole and swing around it yeah, that's about it. I know I need a lot of help, and I am about to start taking a pole dancing class here in LA.

Everyones body is made up differently..so some may see results faster than others. A reasonable time frame..if you are working out regularly and eating clean....is 6 weeks. Possibly sooner. That combined with dancing and you will be just fine. Don't focus so much on waiting for results tho!! Everyone seems to have the consensus that each dancer will appeal to someone. Post a few pics so that everyone can give you some advice if needed. Everyone here is really great! Muaaah!!

For every 1 guy that doesn't like your apperance, 5 more will. You don't need to lose weight- guys seems to love larger rears. Stair climb-it costs nothing and works like a charm.

    good luck!

I don't really have any like sexy pictures, and I was trying to upload them, but it's not working. I will try again later. Once again, thank you guys for all of your advice. I am grateful. And I am gonna try everything. Thanks again, and if you guys have any other advice, or if you know, of good spots in the L.A., or San Diego area, that would help too.
