As of late,i have been involved in a few discussions on discrimination, everything from religion, race, birthplace, etc.
Just a light hearted poll ment to spark discussion, not flames.(responses will be secret ballot on the pole to try to keep it cuddly
.)
1.Do dancers openly discriminate when at work??
2.Do they openly profile?
3.are they openly racist?
some examples....
3 guys walk thru the door at the same time.
a.white guy
b.black guy
c.hispanic/latino guy
Do you approach one faster then the other?
Two black guys walk in the door.
a.has what looks like a 2000 dollar suit on,new shoes, bling bling top to bottom.
b.has baggy jeans on,doo rag, hood ornament on fake gold chain around his neck.
Who do you approach faster?
Two white guys walk in the room.
a.tight jordach jeans, sleeveless pink half shirt, a matching headband and shoes, giving three snaps up as he walks.
b.wearing the same outfit that was on the cover of last months GQ magazine.
Do you prefere to give lapdances to any race?
Do you prefer not to give a lapdance to any race?
Have you ever thought or said this "(insert race here)guys just dont like me"
If your in a large club,do the dancers group by color in the dressing room and on the floor?(do all the black dancers sit with each other, swap outfits between them, etc)
Just a few examples to help.![]()
Its my opinion, and I might be the only one who thinks like this.
But I think for an entertainer to be (EorA)ffective during the night, she has to do a little of it all.
Discriminating and profiling and racial.
When you enter a roomfull of guys at a club,do you pass bye the white guys in suits, the mexicans with hard hats,or the black guys wearing gang colors to get to your prey?
Or do you start at one side of the room and work your way around, stopping at every table??
If you skip a table, wouldnt it be for one of those reasons??
Im not trying to rag on dancers,I lubs you gals.
Im just trying to get some of them to see,we are all human,we all do it.
I dont think anyone doubts that the stripping industry itself is racist,it discriminates, and it profiles.
Im not saying dancers are as guilty or more guilty,im just saying they do it all night long at work.
so what do you think??
Do dancers discriminate?
Do they profile?
Are they racist??
