I was there this month, exactly one year ago. But I'll save my cautions since last time they were not exactly well recieved.

I welcome all experiences 242.. I didn’t listen to yours and many others about Mexico for one good reason.. YOU NEVER WORKED THERE.

If you would like to share your experience with me thanks.. if not, it‘s all good sweet heart.

Mainly I would like to know what the earning potential is.. Clubs to stay away from or which are good etc.

Another sw member, gia7-something just got back recently. I'm sure she'll chime in.

As for me, I was at Vikings the money was nowhere near what I was told to expect.

I found the contact way too high, men at the stage tipping $1 expect a lot (fondle your breasts, they WILL grab at your croch). Here at home I earn all my $$ off 2 or 3 customers a night, so being touched 100X by different men to earn $100 was revolting.

I considered it to be unsanitary as well as un-safe. Also, my standard of living in Toronto is quite high - I am not used to huge cockroaches in the home, etc., not having a car... I left early and worked in Japan instead since it was so close.

But some girls don't mind the contact at (sometimes) mimimum wage prices (saturday nights are 9 hours long - one Saturday no girls in my club made more than $90!!). And the clubs will encourage you to escort outside the club - since you said you did this in Mexico it will not be a problem for you, but I really did not agree with it (safety, etc). -

And you'll live in a condo with dancers. That had it's up's and downs. On the up side, everybody slept in during the day and didn't wake me up. On the down side, nobody wore a stich of clothing in the condo, so eventually I got so sick of seeing everybody's snatch... well I tried to initiate a clothing rule for the kitchen but I lost the vote.

PS: if you escort outside the club, you have to report back by 4am, so they can check if you are safe. supposedly the 'reporting back' at 4am is your reason to bail after drinking on the town with customers, before they take you back to the hotel. it's supposed to be no-sex like what you did in mexico, but some girls were very open about breaking that rule.

    lol.. thanks.

BTW.. I don’t escort, it was simply an experience which I had in Mexico.. I am traveling to dance and make money not a vacation this time around.

Do you know or have you heard if the other clubs are so graby as well?

I lived in Guam as a civilian. I would never work there as a dancer. 242 sums it all up.

The economy is horrible (ie no money).

    Ok,

I have to step up and put my two cents in. I have been in Guam, for one year now. Although I have been dancing off and on, I have been working some PR work and bartending at clubs in my off time.

As a dancer, I demand the respect I deserve. You make sure the club realises that they need you more than you need them and then you work from there.
I have a problem when I hear girls get whiny about the groping. Yes there is HIGH contact in Guam, but I have made my living here as a dancer without any contact. You have to be firm.
If you walk in with that attitude, then you should be able to keep it the time you are here. If you accept the contact and then try and say you dont like it, well......you know?!

Another thing, if you are coming to Guam, with the expectation to make a grand a night, DON'T COME! Guam has the oppertunity to make 300-500 a night, easily enough.
Personally I don't leave the club with under 100 EVER!
I also don't do private dances. So when you are able to leave the club with 500 a night only selling drinks, that should tell you the oppertunity is there.

I am also REALLY happy at the club I am currently at.. I have worked at a few on the island, and I would say in terms of fines and general fairness I work for the best owners there are here.
Anyways I go into a lot of detail, and if you want any more info, I would be certain to give it to you.

Basically everyone has their opinions. Some LOVE it, some HATE it.
The ones that hate it are often the ones coming here expecting to make some serious BANK.
The money here to me, is nothing what I have been used to.......but the experience of living here has changed my life.

    Welcome to the board, Jordan

I'm sorry if you consider it whining, maybe try to look at my post as a warning based on my own experience.

To me, the level of contact in comparison to the $ is unacceptable. The stage dances were 100% interactive for a measly handful of dollar bills, therefor I considered it demeaning. Perhaps you sensed that from my post, and it has caused offence to you personally? If this is the case, I have had similar experiences and I know it sucks.

Recently, in a gathering of like 8 dancers from all over the states, one girl singled me out based on where I work (Canada), and the mileage offered here. The comment was something to the effect of 'I heard you girls do everything there' or something. To be sure, my feelings were a bit hurt. No dancer wants other people, esp other dancers, thinking that she's 'dirty' dancing, giving extras and the like, or not charging a fair price for the experience.

But I tried to reply honestly, not sugarcoating it. I wouldn't want to make a blanket statment such as 'Set your own standards, you can have no contact if you are strong enough', because what if other girls travel to my club based on what I told them, only to find out it was a load of pride-driven fiction (how many times have you gone to that $1000 a night club, only to find the girl that sent you there never made a dime more than $400 on any given night?)

When somebody asks me about Toronto, I try to give an accurate account of things. Yes, there is more contact here than some other places. We do fully nude lap dancing, yes we grind sometimes. But do we fuck in the club? Nope. Do we give head? I don't. Are we finger friendly? Not this dancer.

Maybe you work on Guam in a cleaner club than where I was at? Tell us which one. Girls would appreciate it, rather than just an 'its not that bad' post. Because I can say for sure that if a girl shows up at Vikings, Gspot, or Dont Tell Mama's with the idea in her head that she can be a no-contact dancer, well, she's going to come straight back to this thread and ask you why you gave her false hope.

When I was there I visited G-spot, Dont Tell Mamas, and Vikings (of course). Based on what I saw at those clubs, it would not be possible to be a no-contact dancer. But maybe the other less-known spots are much cleaner & low contact?

And if you were able to sell 50 drinks per night, more power to you. That's selling one drink every 10 minutes. (I'd personally have to piss like a mofo every 5 minutes if I did that.) But at $20 a pop to the customer, those were not an easy sell for me. And sometimes 25 was the total number of customers that came in all night, selling a ladies drink to each of them would not have been possible.

Anyway, I'm glad you like Guam. But I stand by what I said. I personally did not like it there.

I try to put my time on Guam in the back of my head due to the many intersecting threads of bad luck I encountered when I jumped off the plane.
One, I HAD been lied to. The club I worked at was bad. I tried to deal, seeing as I was 6,000 plus miles away from home. I thought I could make money.
Then a supertyphoon hit. That was wild. The club shut down for several days due to storm damage. I was shown great kindness by the islanders during that hard time, most of them are good people.
Lessons learned- being a stripper far from home and alone? Watch out. No one will play fair with you.
Your agent can only help so much. The club will slander you if they feel you're too much trouble to deal with.
Don't go anywhere betting on a stranger's goodwill. It rarely exists.
PS Prositution is widely available on Guam. This is why the high contact exists on Guam, the custies know they can get everything for a little more oftentimes right next door.

Thanks madmaxine. In the case of vikings, it was available within the club by certain dancers. Even the agent eventually admitted this once I was home again.

Ok, so we have a miscommunciation.

I have agreed that Guam is VERY high contact, yes. I also have to throw out that it is possible to not get touched, and grabbed.
I do my stage shows and have found creative ways of taking my money without the customers grabbing at my breasts, and going anywhere near my cookie.

I personally could not work at G-spot for the fact of the mileage I have heard of. I can not compete when everyone is selling more than I am.
Anyways that is besides the point. I am not here to hate on any other club.

As for Don't Tell Mama, I had a great experience over there, while I was there.

I have worked at a few clubs on the island, and have kept my same "standards" at each and every one, and they have worked for me..
Perhaps thats not to say they wont for everyone else.

Currently I am working with a great staff. A great All American staff, and a Korean owner. The GM is a former club owner in Mississippi, and together him, his wife (a former dancer all over the US and Guam), and the great group of girls are working to make FOXXY club the first known "GENTLEMAN'S CLUB" on Guam.

    242,
I worked at G Spot. I mean, I did contact, but I define contact as any contact. Like, at all. I did grinding, never did I have sex in the club. I didn't give a blow job, I didn't let people finger me, and my distaste for saliva is well documented on this board, and honestly, I didn't really have a lot of fights over it. I didn't (well, not for the first long while) let guys touch my breasts on the stage. I did what the girls here do, which is take it between their breasts, without actual contact. Now, I would be an out and out filthy liar if I said that all girls were like me (when I first walked into a club in Guam, I was shocked. I could not BELIEVE what I was seeeing). I would also be lying if I said that I made a fortune (although I was certainly never working for minimum wage, I do tell the girls that have PM'd me that if they make 300-400 a night, minimum, where they are, that they shouldn't go as a money making venture). But I really never, never had a problem competing with higher contact girls (yes, I know there were some). Like I feel very safe telling girls that they can make clean money in Guam. On the other hand, your account is accurate that there are girls working for salary, the living conditions are questionable (between 6 and 8 girls per apartment - too much ego for one small space), although the roaches are just part of the climate and have little to do with cleanliness. You were also at a club that's not known as a huge money maker - the Viking is a really small club. Like physcially small. Not that many customers even fit inside.

That was a very well put post.

As for the living arrangements that the club gives you, I dont know that much about them. I stayed in one club's housing for a short period of time, and apparently it was one of the better ones on the island.

I know for a fact that foxxy's dancer housing is quite acceptable. I along with other girl's have helped the owner with realising that girl's need nice, safe, and comfortable housing. And another plus, because most of the girl's at the club have their own houses, there is never more than 2 girls per apartment.

Is it true that if you manage to book a girl at the club that you get a commission of $100 per week?

I heard that's what everybody's favorite west coast agent makes (per girl- of course).

You get something like 10-20 per shift that the girl works. But I don't book or refer anyone, I just tell them how I did there. Keep in mind, too, that there are girls, even girls here who regularly make under 100 a shift, and more who regularly make under 200. So to them, the promise of the minimum salary, and the nominal rent (I paid $5.00 a day, and I worked in 3 clubs. None of them charged more than 5.00 a day) might be appealing. On the other hand, one might think that if you don't do well where you are now, you are not likely to do well anywhere else either.

242 is also right about buying your own ticket. You can, if you are unhappy at your club, get another club to buy your ticket, and just transfer your contract, but then you are there longer and it's a hassle. If you are happy at your club, they will refund your ticket at the end of your contract.

oh, and I had meant to say above, that I was NEVER (and when I first got there, and didn't know any better, I was working a pretty bottom-feeding club) asked or encouraged, either implicitly or explicitly, to sleep with/escort the customers. Unless I just didn't notice (I'm pretty oblivious to some things, so that is actually possible)

Foxxy's does not have a website yet.
We are currently working on one.

If you are happy where you are now, then by all means stay there. Guam is more of a place that you should come for a new experience, and to have fun and make some money.

And actually, paying your own ticket out here is a good idea for people who are unsure that they want to work at one particular club. Then you can sell the contract to the club of choice.
