well i havent been to the Bahamas but i have been to Jamaica, and if they're anything alike.... the strip clubs are more like brothels. and the economy is shit. i went to one club in jamaica called "doll house" (hoping to make some extra $$) and it really was a brothel. even though it said "gentlemen's club" on the front. so be careful!!!

but that was jamaica, maybe the bahamas is different. i'd be intrested to find out..
    good luck!

I haven't danced in the Bahamas, but I lived in Puerto Rico for 1.5 years. Both are Caribbean islands that rely alot on tourism. Based on that, and the fact that Puerto Rico got really slow in summer (like most hot weather tourist destinations), I would assume the Bahamas wouldn't be very busy or profitable in June. I'd advise waiting til winter and using it as a combo winter work holiday. You might actually go home with money that way
