I already know my personal biggest issue - and that is that ever since I was a baby (seriously) I have hated to miss anything. I love it when the world is asleep...and there is just me and a couple of people. I do enjoy sleep when I'm tired....but unless I'm falling down exhausted...I want to experience the night life.
Unfortunately....everyone else is sleeping!

- Sleep on a Good Firm Bed
- Sleep on Your Back
- Get Some Physical Exercise During the Day
- Keep Regular Bedtime Hours
- If You Can't Sleep, Get Up
- Don't Sleep In
- Get Up Earlier in the Morning
- Keep Your Bed a Place for Sleep
- Avoid Naps
- Avoid Illuminated Bedroom Clocks
