Ah, the advantages of being a lame duck.
Okay, for those that don't see it (or choose not to) here's the problem with his statement (bold emphasis mine):
"Not even Blacks"? Why not just come out and say what's really on your mind, Vicente': "Mexican men and women (ahem, notice they're Mexican men and women versus the "blacks" - I'm just sayin'!!) are willing to do jobs that even the lowest subhumans on the totem pole - you know, them Nigs - won't do."Originally Posted by Vicente Fox
Fox played the "race card" (a term which needs to be buried) before Jackson and Sharpton came into the fray, but of course since he's not a Black man, it doesn't count and doesn't offend the senses. Whatever. Had it been Vernon Fox talking about how "Black men and women are willing to do the jobs that the even the messkins won't do", Latin people would be up in arms (and rightly so) with a helluva lot more support from conservative White people.
Funny, if Vicente' Fox was an Asian man and the remark was about Asian people vs Black people, some members of this board would 'gasm.![]()
Please...and people are in denial of the racist agenda of La Raza.
We are being invaded. And no one seems to care.

I do believe that there is an agenda on the part of the Mexican govt to infilitrate that US with as many illegals as possible.
What Fox said was unpardonable.
Mexico's Fox Apologizes for Black Comment
"The president regretted any hurt feelings his statements may have caused," the Foreign Relations Department said in a press statement. "He expressed the great respect he and his administration has for the African-American community in the United States."

I guess that this was what struck me as well. That and the fact that the US hispanic voting block has now taken on much more political significance than the black voting block (and especially a hispanic voting block expanded by illegals given amnesty and being allowed to vote), such that the only black leaders who were calling out Fox in this were the 'Reverends', not the senator or house representatives !Originally Posted by Casual Observer
Hold up. Amnesty Illegals can vote?Originally Posted by Melonie

This is what is at the heart of the proposal now being discussed in Washington ... *poof*, 10 million new registerable voters. Actually something like a 5 year period will be required, plus each illegal immigrant will have to pay something like a $2000 fine before they can become 'legal', if the bill passes as-is. I believe the motivation for this replay of the 1986 amnesty bill is the fact that the IRS recently announced that they received over 9 MILLION tax returns where the social security number didn't correspond to an actual US citizen ! If this bill does pass it should certainly have some political repurcussions both nationally and in 'border' states.Hold up. Amnesty Illegals can vote?
whoa...I find it hard to believe that any Congress would give amnesty illegals the right to vote. Can that really be true?

Fox is an asshole. He can take La Raza and stick it right up his ass.

I think that is a lame-ass apology. And they should stop giving away comic books to help illegals cross the border.Originally Posted by Destiny

Hahahahaha, I am loving the Messican "inflitration" of the US. Unfortunately, these good people are often exploited. I hope they all come over and take over the US, as is their "secret plan" akin to that of the trilateralists and NWO.
I love it when white people are shaking and scurred, hehehehehehe!!!!!
Viva la raza! Vive la libertad!
Vive le guerre, vive le sangre, vive le morte!
And Fox messed up big time with his comments, racism exists on all planes........

I feel embarrassed by Fox's comments. Mexicans are ignorant of peoples of African descent, because they were never introduced into the population- the bulk of Mexicans are "Indio-European."
Fox is also ignoring the fact that Mexicans come to the U.S. for economic opportunities that DO NOT EXIST in Mexico. It's easier to talk smack than point the finger at one's self and a corrupt government.

Vicente Fox didn't withdraw s#!t ! Check out the latest ...
(snip)"Asked whether an apology was on the way, Aguilar said "the point is closed."
Fox has invited Jackson and Sharpton to Mexico for talks aimed at improving the sometimes tense relationship between blacks and Hispanics in the United States. No date had been set.
The Mexican government delivered a diplomatic letter to the United States on Monday protesting laws requiring driver's license applicants to prove they are in the country legally and clearing the way for an extension of a border barrier wall along the California-Mexico border.
"This is an exaggeration," said Manuel Espino, leader of the conservative National Action Party. "There have been a lot harsher comments that come from north of the border, and we don't scream and shout about it."
Even Cardinal Norberto Rivera Carrera, the archbishop of Mexico City, criticized U.S. immigration policy as ridiculous and defended Fox's comments, saying: "The declaration had nothing to do with racism. It is a reality in the United States that anyone can prove."(snip)
max got it right. Fox should be embarassed that because his own corrupt, inept, government people have to flee just to feed their families. Instead he's blaming others.Originally Posted by madmaxine

Actually, Fox and the Mexican 'elite' have a strong financial incentive to encourage Mexican citizens to migrate illegally to El Norte. Fact is, money sent home by Mexicans illegally working in the USA is a major factor in Mexico's overall international balance of trade !!!
However, it appears that Fox and Rev. Jesse have now become bosom buddies again (viva la revolucion !) ...
