We've all heard the stereotypical statements about how liberal the nation's college campuses are. My favorite was this one, "now that the Soviet Union has dissolved, the only place you'll find a communist is teaching at a U.S. university". Well, they've done a study and apparently the image of the left-leaning college professor is pretty accurate.

Personally, I kinda don't think people should snooping into what candidates people give their money too. But since somebody did it anyway, I couldn't help but look. It's kind of interesting.
The real question is why? Why are college professors so much more liberal than the population as a whole?
