does anyone know a surefire way of gaining fat,but not muscle??
and dont say "eat bad food" cos i do.
my current diet would be:
potato chips,lollies,mac donalds, pizza etc 7 days a week ( at least 2 items)
vegies ( about 3 nights a week)
i eat lots of bread,pasta,cheese,potatos,chocolate etc. i have a high sugar intake,and a high fat intake ( id hate to see the insides of my body EW)
i even drink weight gain crap mixed with milk ( and only fat milk in our house!!) i have no "diet" versians of anything in my cupboards.
i do NOT excercise, never been to a gym ( ok once- to use the sunbed haha) i do minimal movement really. im lazy,i eat bad food.
my family is all very skinny too.so i know genetics plays a HUGE role in this, my mum is still a skinny stick after 4 kids!
i know i should be stoked i dont have to excercise or diet, but it sucks being boney. i dont want to gain muscle. i dont wanna be a he-man!! just a nice layer of fat.maybe another 7 or so kilos at least. the only time i managed to ever put on weight,was in japan from all the champagne, but within 2 weeks, somehow i lost all that and now im sliding back even further. i dont drink normally, and i dont want to have to drink that much every night just to gain weight either.
so.
how do i get fat?
(ive done a few google searchs, and its all been about bodybuilding type stuff, or the old "eat more fats" thing)
