Default Ladies, Help with diet pills please

I'm shopping around for a new diet pill. I've tried Tonalin with minor results and need something to help me burn fat for the summer. (looking to lose 10-15#)
I'm already on a diet an exercise program that I am comfortable with.

I'm hoping for something that isn't too edgy and jittery. But I don't mind a little extra pep.

Some opinions please on Brands and Dosages.
    Thanks in Advance

Try Hydroxycut ...I used it alot (the non-ephedra version) on late nights, wake up and stay awake. I started out with 2 a day and then grew to 4-8 per day. I think I went over the dosage in a day. After awhile just like coffee you have to take more. It was mild compared to Xenadrine. I took one Xenadrine one time and whoa it was a bit much for me.

Lipo-6 (it just came out in liquid capsules). Has great reports... I haven't tried any, but my friends say it's the only thing that has worked for them since ephedra.

I've always used xenedrine, took about 4 a day and love it. My energy is always at high levels. i used to be 135lbs before taking them and for the past year i havent gone over 115lbs. but of course with any diet pills ur body becomes accustomed to it and can easily gain weight again, thats when i just take a month off of them eat properly then go back on and more weight is lost.

At the risk of getting flamed, I'm going to share a little bit of what I've learned from doctors and nutritionists. Diet pills are not FDA regulated, they say so themselves. This means they do not have to put on the label exactly what's in the bottle. Just cause the label says "Ephedra free" does not mean it is. Also, when these pills are cooked up, they don't always contain the same amount of everything per bottle (kind of like grandma's "a pinch of salt, or dash of pepper"). One bottle could have more of a potent drug than another bottle of the same product. These drugs might be effective when tested in the lab, supervised by scientists and performed under close scrutiny, but the likelihood that you're getting as pure a product as the person who tested the product is somewhat low.
Also, these products that claim to raise your metabolism can actually do the opposite in the long run. It raises your metabolism, but once you stop taking them, your body fights it, actually slowing your metabolism, possibly permanently in the long run. Most people who take diet pills gain the weight back because of a jilted metabolism, and one girl I know actually suffered a little mental disorganization due to diet pills (that God it wasn't permanent but she went nutty for a few months).
I'm just offering a different point of view. Do what you feel, but just take the negative effects into consideration.
