Default Thinking about changing clubs in Chicago

    Hi!

I am thinging about changing clubs again. Can't take the one I'm in much longer and I would like to be back on a stage. Does anybody have any recent news about:

    --Club 390
    --Heavenly Bodies
    --Diamonds
    --Crazy Horse
    --Rising Sun in indainna

And if you work or have worked at VIP's how hard is it REALLy to get in there? I would love to work there, but I am completely intimidated by their web site.

I am looking for a mid-level to upscale club that has low contact, a fast hustle, and serves alcohol.

All help and suggestions would be welcome!

See this thread somewhat new with title "New Club in Chicago."
The web site for Polecats says they are still hiring. Location for transit at approximate I 294 and I55 is pretty good from north or wouth suburbs or far wouthwest. Pretty good location if coming from Chicago also, except for rush hour of course. The thread as I write this is
abot 10 down from top but it moves around as people post on it. The club is not open yet.

I saw it. I am not too sure about Polecatz--when I was reading the thread, I kept thinking "Mob Connections." and I am not crazy about being there while they are going through thier growing pains. THe town does not want them there, which sounds like there could be a lot of police harassment, and absolutely no help if something should happen.

    THans for the suggestion, though!

    Colleen,

I'm a fan of HB's on Elmhurst Road, largely because it was the very first SC I walked into many moons ago. The place today is unrecognizable from the friendly dive with one stage I remember. There are tons more dancers--many eastern european--mostly young husslers. LDs in the back room are $10/song or $20/song topless; I'm much less familiar with the upstairs VIP lounge. Get a group together and I'll join the field trip!

Crazy Horse is the former incarnation of VIPs.

If you are interested in getting hired at VIPs, then you need to contact Mike for an interview. The girls on the website are pretty and there are lots of girls that are not on the website. Although they look flawless...they have the same flaws we all have. They're airbrushed...so while they are pretty and all...they are not as flawless as their pics have them appearing to be. Don't be intimidated!!! If you are interested in working there...call them.

Diamonds has always been notorious for being harder to get into. In order to get considered, you MUST do their amatuer contest. Wednesday nights. Go...have fun...make some cash. Be willing to deal with a manager who is always PMS'ing. *snicker*

Heavenly Bodies, although CE likes it, is a big no-no. Their house fees are so high...they fine for everything...you pay out more than you would anywhere else. Stay away from there unless you are really desperate. The girls are massive hustlers, but with the big tip-outs they are much more willing to "bend the rules" and offer extras. There were FOUR different dancers there that approached a friend of mine who is a state trooper. All four of those girls offered "after-hour services" for $500-$600. Ick. He just pulled out his badge and looked at them dead on saying, "I'm just going to pretend I didn't hear you."

I've never heard of Club 390...sounds like it's right by Oasis 160, though. I dunno...seems like "gang town" now. I don't know how much you'd make, what the crowd is like or anything like that...so if you go there...please make sure to update it all on the website.

I also don't know anything about Rising Sun. They don't have a website, either. Try swinging out there and seeing how it is. Normally, I wouldn't advise anyone to go into Gary, IN...but I only know of it's "stunning" reputation from a few years ago...don't know if it's improved any.

    Hope that helps.

Oh...check out Allstars as well...I hear it's really improved over what it used to be.

Oh, if you can do full nude...you might want to check out Admirals, as well.

    Thanks, Venus!

I met a girl from Daimonds, and (not to be mean) she was incredibly homely and over-processed looking. I thought, "If all the girls are like her, it should be easy to get in there!"

I met a bouncer from Heavelly Bodies, who told me the exact opposite frim what you are saying!

I am so glad you told me all this. I never would have found out on my own without wasting a lot of time and probably money.

Club 390 is somewhwere in the south burbs. I have heard that it was started by the bouncers and DJ's from Club O and Skybox. Sounds like an interesting idea, but . . . . .

Rising Sun is right next to Honeys, where I used to work in Gary. I was in there once, and it was very pretty inside. It is actaully in Lake Station or something like that, and I am told it is a big resort town and gets very busy in the summer.

So I guess I might work up my courage and try VIP's after all. At least I know a couple SW girls are working there! I have worked it up in my mind to be the "Holy Grail" of strip club employment, but that's kind of silly, isn't it?

I know there are some threads about auditioning there, so I am off to read those, next! Thanks, Venus!

Ummm...I've talked to PLENTY of girls who moved over to VIP's after HB. They've all said the same thing...the club is lucrative money, but with house fees and tip outs, etc...it's not worth it.

Club O and Skybox are both very high mileage clubs. If you are considering working there, you should go check it out...And, keep in mind, that since it is a newer club, they may be 'HIGHER' on the radar. I know quite a few Chicago Heights cops...and they'll bust the clubs out there a bit to make sure they stay in line...just take that into consideration and go check it out.

    Good luck at VIP's...

Oh, and your comment about Diamonds...they have some really homely looking girls there and then they have some really super hot girls there...it's a wide variety...but, that doesn't mean shit. I won amatuer contest there 2 times (one first and one second) and they still wouldn't hire me...told me that I had to have the right "look". Morons. Went over to VIP's and got hired on the spot. *phhht*
