    Default Um, what is corsett and waist training.

    I'd like to know what waist and corsett training is, because even though I have a very flat and well defined stomach, I have almost no hips, so I'm pretty much just straight up and down like a boy. But with a bubble booty.

    Can this give me a greater waist to hip ratio? How do you take your waist to hip ratio.

    I know I will most likely be told to google my questions, but this is so much more fun to read, and I get info from all of your experiences, which I think is much better.

    You use a corset to slowly train your waist smaller and make your waist smaller... it will really help but be careful as it makes your stomach weaker. :/

    Proper Waist training is a practice whereas one can gradually achieve realistic, non-harmful waist reduction or waist shaping by moderately lacing and wearing a corset on a regular basis. For effective waist training results, it's imperative that one selects the right style corset, eats healthy and follows an exercise regimen during their waist training. We recommend this be done with a smooth under bust style corset that fully covers the tummy, without going too far over the hips. You want the focus of compression to be at the waist line.

    If one wants permanent waist reduction, then a corset training program must be followed. A true commitment to figure sculpting, body modification and waist-reduction tends to involve 3 things - exercising, a healthy diet, and a corseting plan. This plan would consist of specific, consistent, weekly corseting goals. That is, committing to wearing the corset for a certain number of hours per day. Doing these 3 things can produce lasting results. Every individual is different. Many variables including body type, lifestyle,and corset discipline can affect results.

    Waist reduction must be done slowly. After a month or two of wearing the corset fully closed, one can reduce their waist further by graduating to the next smaller size. It’s recommended that after the initial waist reduction, one should reduce by a maximum of no more than 1 inch every six months
