I'd like to know what waist and corsett training is, because even though I have a very flat and well defined stomach, I have almost no hips, so I'm pretty much just straight up and down like a boy. But with a bubble booty.
Can this give me a greater waist to hip ratio? How do you take your waist to hip ratio.
I know I will most likely be told to google my questions, but this is so much more fun to read, and I get info from all of your experiences, which I think is much better.
