    Default Fitness Club! My Story!

    Hello,

I seen that you all wanted to start a fitness club and didn't workout on yahoo to much so here it goes...

Okay now just about a year an half ago I was about 210 and I was just soo depressed and low on myself that it took walking in Macy's department store and looking across the mirrior to see my reflection in the mirror but not really knowing it was me and thinking to myself " OMG YUCK LOOK AT HER" then when I started to see it was me I stood right there in the middle of the aile and cryed my eyes out. It was from that day forward that I made my life changing decission to change what I seen in myself and in my refection..

I took me a year an half to get to where I am at now which is 130. I am so happy that I took controll and not let food controll me anymore. Not just saying okay Monday I am going to start my diet for sure and eat everything up now. NO I didn't CARE WHAT DAY IT WAS I just got up off my lazy behind and started to work out. I couldn't walk for a long periods of time so I broke it up into parts. I would walk for 20 minutes in the morning, then again another session in the afternoon. I joined the gym for the first time and really went 5 days a week. I made my own routine and followed it for months then I hired a personal trainer and they helped me out even more.

Once I hit my half way mark I came to the idea that I have always wanted to be a dancer since I was little I would tell my mom "Mommy I am going to be a stripper' and my mother being the kind soul she is told me okay sweetie if that is what you want. So I am!

It wasn't easy. Its alot of hard work and dedication. But its sooo worth it all! Just think if getting into shape was sooo easy then everybody would be in shape! Just stick to your goals and believe me when I say this to you YOU CAN GET THERE! IF you all have questions then post here or pm me anytime sugas!

I am so proud of you. That's awesome. I just watched a family member eat her way to 300lbs never stopping to try a diet. People like you make me happy. You decided to change things for the better, and stuck with it. Good for you! Cheers!

I am proud of you too. I remember when you started posting on SW and how sweet you are.
I get pudgy and hate on myself too. I couldn't fit into most of my old clothes for one full year.
I hate to admit it, but sometimes a little thing that scares me will set me off, like seeing an ad on the internet for diet products, or looking at myself in the mirror and saying, Nuh uh, that's not bloating. Then I can make myself work out.
The best part of working out is once it is an everyday thing, you keep weight off easier and it's not hard to make yourself do it.
