Ok, here's the deal, I used to be a size 5, but over the years I've shrunk down to a size 1....WTF? My Ass is pratically gone, I hate it. I have a fast metabolism (please spare me, don't say I'm blessed, cause the grass is always greener) and I don't eat as much as I used to, I just don't have the same appetite. Anyway, what can I do to gain weight? Or is there anything that will slow down my metabolism? I'm only trying to gain about 5-10lbs, I'm 5'4 115lbs, but ideally I should be 120lbs...and puhlease don't give me any advice on gaining "lean muscle mass" cause I'm almost all lean mustle. I'm trying to gain fat, I know that's bad, but as a woman I think I would look sexier with a little fat on, actually, I know I would, I used to.
