Hey Gals! Lately I've been getting 1-4 hours of sleep a night due to my muscles. I'll lie down but then lie awake for hours, because I feel restlessness in my muscles, or cramps, and I don't know what to do! I've tried prescribed muscle relaxers, taking a walk, even alcohol to excess, and nothing is helping! It's like it's impossible for me to keep still, and I have to move around a lot. Any suggestions? This is really beginning to take its toll on me!![]()
