I've never head of it. Good luck with quitting smoking.

I used it. Returned it for refund, didn't help me. It's pretty placebo-ey...you might as well just go cold turkey, y'know?
I didn't find it did much(anything) for cravings.

(sorry, I'd love to give you a better review of it, I'm sure I know how much you want it to work!).

On the upside, I was able to quit a few months after I used it by going cold turkey. Lifestyle change is the key. I had to stop working for a few months.

*shrug*- at no point will it be easy, you just have to make the decision and go. Good Luck!

The answer is obvious: replace smoking with powerlifting

Me and my husband both tried Smoke Away and it didn't work for us. Maybe we weren't ready to quit though. If you find something that works, PLEASE let me know. I want to quit, but my husband doesn't, he just tried that because I'm not sure I could quit for good seeing him smoke.

i quit 3 months ago using the patch after 6 years of smoking, and i was stressed out a couple days ago, and tried smoking a ciggarette, and it was horrible, i couldnt even inhale it, it was so gross. i also work with 5 other people who have been heavy smokers, and we all have been smoke free for several months now, i highly recommend it, was the only thing that seemed to work for me

I finally quit smoking - the old fashioned way - cold turkey... just stopped (helps that my boyfriend is a non smoker) It was so odd.. it DID turn me into a total b*tch for about a week but now Im ok. I guess if you really want to quit you can... just takes willpower... I did have a couple cigs one night about 5 days clean at a bar - I was in Philly and you can smoke inside which was killing me. But then I just went back to no smoking again. It was actually pretty easy and Ive been a non smoker for 2 and a half weeks. I quit the day after I posted my last message on this thread.

I gave the smoke away to my brother and it made him halucenate (sp?) and have really bad anxiety. Took over a week for the effects to go away... scary - glad my body rejected them.
