I know there are some nutrition experts/enthusiasts and trainers on this board who could help me with this.
At my club, we are mainly stage dancers, (topless, LA,CA). I work the opening shift twice a week and later shifts on two other days. During my opening shifts, sometimes there are only two girls for the first hour or two. We both dance for three full length songs. (no mash-ups or extended mixes). After more dancers come in, we dance two full length songs and if it is busy we do two song sets at two different stages.
Over a 4 to 5 hours shift I am going to guess that I average 10 to 12 two song sets. I am not a "posing dancer", I'm pretty energetic, do pole work and floor work, splits , et.
Can anyone help me gage how many calories I am burning with in this time period? I know it can't be a completely positive answer. I am just looking for a ball park guess.
