    Default Burn out?

    So, I need advice...

I work at a decent club, but even so, after working 2yrs without a break, I'm pretty burned out. I need to take a break, but cant really afford to take more than a few days off(the money is good, and i live below my means, but the money isnt that good. i'm a fully time college student, so i have extra bills).

Any ideas on what to do until I can take a real break? Its getting to the point where things that would normally never bother me are getting to me, and I;m snapping at people(including customers).

Go invest in something you will get a return on! The thought of your future should get you in gear!!!

Or find something important to save for. And reward yourself along the way for getting closer and closer to that goal.

Otherwise, i would get a much needed facial & deep tissue massage! Go shopping at victoria's secret online (they are having a HUGGGEEE SALE) OR find a new outfit for work!

As of now, I haven't done any dancing in about couple of months. Maybe I will go back into it. From a money viewpoint, it sure was more financially rewarding than what I do now.
What do I do now? Haul junk cars to the junkyard in a wrecker.
Yeah, make a certain amount of commission per junk car, truck, whatever.
As of my former occupation, it requires constant aerobic effort, something my lungs will only let me do sometimes. With this present occupation, my lungs are only periodically stressed and I can handle that.
Hey, this new career is a break. Maybe you should consider it.

If you're feeling burned out,try to take short little trips, even for one day.I always do it,and it helps a lot.Two yrs is a very long time without a break.Sounds like me,though, but I'm going on vacation in 3 days for 3 weeks, yay!

Going to school and working no matter what kind of job you have is reason for burn out.

People who work 8-5, 5 days a week get burnout too. In our business we are salespeople and have to constantly be persuasive and persistent to make our money and when we are not in the mood, it shows in our earnings.

Have you tried doing any meditation to calm your mind? Maybe taking off one extra day every other week, or working during the week and taking off a weekend, just to get a change of pace, and get out of your rut.

Take as much time off as you can possibly get away with. Sometimes that's just the only thing that will work. Hang with friends, watch tv, do lots of self-pampering, watch movies, etc. I remember what it was like juggling school and work and it will burn ANYone out!
